• Steel welded structures in most cases also have a T-shaped or L-shaped shape, while there are simplified modifications made from a square profiled pipe.

The choice of the bracket model must necessarily take into account the probability of extremely large weight forces on them and the method of fixing the sink on them, because. simply laid plumbing on fixtures cannot be safe.

Fixing the sink brackets to the wall

• Using brackets for the sink to the wall, it is quite easy to install plumbing, while the general principles of installation are taken as a basis:
• Usually, for greater convenience, the sink is located at a height of about 800-850 mm from the floor, but this parameter can be adjusted in any convenient direction.
• Before fixing the brackets to the wall, the hardness of the wall itself is checked, for which the mounting holes are marked with a screwdriver, nail or other sharp object. If the wall surface is found to be sufficiently soft, then it is necessary to increase the depth of drilling and the diameter of the fastener as much as possible.
• Drilling mounting holes with control of their depth, because soft plaster will not allow you to securely fix the brackets. The drilling depth must ensure the creation of a hole in the sub-plaster base (brick or concrete) to a depth of at least 30 mm. That is why the mounting anchors are individually selected in lengths from 50 to 120 mm.
• Specialized polymer plugs are tightly inserted into the mounting holes, into which metal anchors are screwed, fixing wall brackets for sinks.

A securely fixed bracket should not move under significant load. Only after that, it is possible to lay a sink with fixation on the brackets, which can be done either with additional clips, or with the help of plumbing sealant from mating planes.
