Software

Andromeda Security Center is the most common professional software for monitoring objects in Russia.

Andromeda Security Center allows you to work with monitoring stations from various manufacturers, which increases system flexibility and reduces costs.

It is possible to build distributed notification processing systems by combining several consoles into a single network. Thanks to this, several consoles are controlled from the Unified Dispatch Center.

Andromeda Security Center

Security Center is software that provides solutions to problems of receiving, registering and processing notifications from protected real estate objects.

50 OBJECTS FOR FREE

Andromeda Security Center, free edition for 50 objects

The starting edition is a working product with no functionality restrictions. Thanks to the starter edition, security companies starting their activities can minimize costs.

To get the starting edition, just download the Security Center from the website cnord.ru. The transition to the version of the Security Center with a large number of objects is carried out by installing an electronic security key. In this case, reinstalling the software is not required.

Alarm scenarios

While processing an alarm, the operator registers actions using the software: call to the facility, call and arrival of the group, decisions made and reasons for canceling the alarm.

The security center offers the operator more. When working out fire alarm it is required to perform actions different from those performed during training panic button. By linking alarms and their recommended actions, Security Center allows the operator to avoid missing out on the really important things.

If an alarm occurs due to a technical malfunction at the facility, the Security Center allows you to turn it off for a limited period of time, after which the Security Center will remind you of the malfunction if it has not been eliminated by that time.

Reliable data storage

The Security Center stores data in a modern Microsoft SQL Server DBMS, which meets the most stringent requirements for reliability and performance of such products.

A well-thought-out backup system allows you to save data in any situation and in case of any failure.

All editions of the Security Center work on a single software platform designed for a large number of objects and events.

Reception of events from most remote controls

Altonika

Proxima

There are no technical restrictions on the number of remote controls simultaneously connected to the Security Center. It is possible to connect site equipment directly to the Security Center, for example, equipment operating via GSM (GPRS) or Ethernet.

Fault monitoring

With the help of the Security Center, you can free the duty operator from having to monitor typical faults at sites. For example, if 220 V is not restored at the facility within a specified period of time, the Security Center will automatically create an alarm and require an operator response. The same applies to temporary malfunctions of communication channels at sites - the operator does not need to independently control their restoration: the Security Center will cope with this task perfectly.

Detailed description of objects

If the Security Center is used, then no information about objects will be lost: each object can be described in great detail: from name to note, through separate lists for sections, loops and responsible persons. If some field is missing, you can add it; this option is also provided.

In the Security Center, information about objects is actively used: the operator immediately sees the names of alarm loops or the name of the person in charge who carried out the removal; the same information can be included in the SMS message that will be sent by the RBI.

Working with reports

The reports supplied with the Security Center allow everyone to get necessary information. Thus, the operator on duty can view received events and alarms or print a report on the shift being completed.

Using reports, the database administrator monitors the completion of object cards, and line engineers receive information about false alarms and loss of signals from objects. The management team evaluates the performance of operators, RRTs and engineers, creating appropriate analytical reports.

Login via alarm

A common security tactic is that disarming an object is always done through an alarm. The security center offers a convenient and safe solution for such objects, allowing the operator not to be distracted by analyzing alarms that are about to be cleared, but at the same time, immediately drawing his attention to situations that require intervention.

Networking

As the number of objects increases, one computer is no longer enough: the operator must respond to events coming from objects, the database administrator needs to create new objects and make changes to the cards of existing ones, and engineers need to print reports on false alarms. Thanks to the ability to work in a local network, the Security Center allows everything

Perform these actions simultaneously on computers on the network.

on different

Displaying objects and GBR on the map

The ability of the Security Center to display alarming objects and the location of the SRT on a map of the area allows you to visually represent the operational situation and significantly simplify decision-making for the operator: he simply sees what is happening.

Sharing objects between operators

When there are really a lot of objects, the efficiency of one operator on duty decreases significantly. But simply increasing the number of operators will not solve the problem: after all, each of them will work with the same, very large amount of information. The Security Center allows you to divide information flows between operators, allocating for each of them its own range of object numbers.

Import data from common programs

Import is possible from the Guardian, CSM32, Andromeda 1.x-2.8 programs.

The monitoring system for stationary objects "Andromeda®", produced by the St. Petersburg company "C-Nord", is one of the most common hardware and software systems used to organize remote control radio security of stationary objects. Technical specialists of centralized monitoring panels of private and fire protection services, private security companies and security structures of large factories, being the main users of the system and getting their hands on a rather complex and powerful tool to build a radio security network, they often ask a number of similar and, at the same time, important questions. Today, the answers to some of these questions are in front of you.

Through what communication channels is service and alarm information transmitted from the on-site device to the Central Monitoring Console?

Object devices in the Andromeda® System can transmit more than 500 various events via modern switched telephone communication channels, via a radio channel in the frequency ranges of 27 MHz, 146-174 MHz and 400-470 MHz, as well as using the network of cellular operators of the GSM standard. It is important to note that on-site devices are programmed in such a way that service and alarm messages can be transmitted on different radio frequencies.

Is it possible to transmit alarm information from the Central Monitoring Station to remote consoles and directly to detention groups in automatic mode?

Information, in accordance with the user's request, can be automatically transmitted to remote consoles via dedicated and dial-up communication lines, over a radio channel, as well as over the Internet. In addition to the listed communication channels, detention groups and owners of protected objects can receive messages through a paging network or a GSM network.

How to expand the coverage area of the Central Monitoring Station via radio channel? Why are only simplex repeaters used in the system?

To expand the range of the system over a radio channel, intelligent repeaters are used that perform special message processing, restore a weak signal and allow you to set various signal transmission parameters. The Andromeda® system uses simplex repeaters, i.e. those that operate on the same frequency alternately for reception and transmission. This is due to the fact that the presence large number programmable parameters of the repeater reduces signal loss to a minimum, and the cost of a simplex repeater is much lower than the cost of a duplex one.

- Is it possible to gradually increase the capacity of the Central Station?

If, during your initial acquaintance with the equipment of the Central Station, your choice was the medium-capacity AED PS-150 remote control, which operates only on 2 radio channels, serves up to 150 objects and has no connection with a personal computer, then later, with the development of the station, it can easily be used upgrade to a medium-capacity AED PS-512 remote control, which is capable of servicing up to 512 objects and has an output to a PC.

You can easily increase the number of input channels in the Base Unit of the BBTS-12 Central Station. To do this, it is enough to purchase additional radios (AND MRK-2) or telephone modules (AND MTF-2) and install them in the Base Unit.

To upgrade the Central Station based on the Sentinel board, it is necessary to replace the processor control driver.

Information about the object, which is displayed for viewing in the object card in the “Duty Operator” module and some others, is not very conveniently located. Can the shape of this card be changed? In addition, I would like to be able to edit information about an object directly in the card.

Such features are planned to be implemented in the next version 2.5. Andromeda® software. It will be possible not only to change the form, but also to edit the information that the card contains.

Is it possible to use already installed facility equipment from other companies in the Andromeda® stationary facility monitoring system?

If equipment is already installed at the site security and fire alarm system other manufacturers, then to work in the Andromeda® system via a radio channel, it is necessary to equip the object with a TR-100 SA transmitter (5 inputs) or a PIF-01 pulse format converter. In the case of telephone-only transmission, the vast majority of control panels that have digital dialers and operate in standard pulse protocols do not need to be upgraded at all. The Sentinel and BBTS-12 Central Station processors are multi-format, i.e. they can receive messages from facility devices via telephone channels in various protocols, including Contact ID.

What equipment can you offer to solve the problems of security of garage cooperatives, cottage and holiday villages?

To create Base Stations for monitoring systems for such objects, we offer special equipment that can operate over a radio channel, including in the CB range, based on the Medium Capacity Remote Controller AED PS-150 or AED PS-512. Panels of the NORD-8/16N type (SPIDER-H) and control devices on Touch Memory keys (KDU-TM, PIU-16TM, KREK-16/128) are ideal as on-site equipment. For the security of garage cooperatives, the most profitable, from an economic point of view, is the use of the KREK-16/128 control device, which allows you to organize security for up to 16 objects based on one NORD-8/16N panel.

- What assistance does Sea-Nord provide to users in solving organizational issues?
