Rating of fecal pumps. Fecal pump with grinder: selection tips and review of the best brands

Equipment for autonomous sewerage It should serve for a long time, work flawlessly and not cause disappointment with breakdowns. How to decide on the model and buy the most suitable fecal pump with grinder? After all, the list of responsibilities of this equipment includes not only pumping aggressive liquids, but also processing large organic particles.

For fans of country life, we will tell you everything about design features and guidelines for the competent choice of a fecal pump. With our help, you can easily find and purchase the optimal model with the required performance and excellent technical characteristics.

The article presented to your attention describes in detail the types of fecal pumps and outlines their differences in design and operation. For potential buyers, a rating of models in demand on the market is given. The information is supported by photographs and video instructions.

Industrial production Several types of similar technological equipment have been developed and are being released to the consumer market.

In particular, future users are offered:

  • submersible devices;
  • semi-submersible devices;
  • external devices.

Each fecal pattern is different technical capabilities, is intended for specific pumping conditions. In order to select equipment on its merits, it is recommended to obtain information regarding the degree of contamination of the working environment, as well as information about the conditions in which the pump will be operated.

Fecal submersible pumps have found wide application in a variety of fields National economy. These same devices are actively used by owners of private country real estate

The submersible equipment is arranged hermetically closed design, which together with the electric motor can be immersed in the thickness of the liquid medium. Semi-submersible fecal units are products in which only the pumping part is placed in the liquid.

Finally, external fecal pumps equipped with a grinder do not directly contact the liquid medium at all. Contact is made through a soft hose or a hard pipeline.

If you have a private house and an individual sewerage system, you can either call periodically special services for servicing a septic tank or AC, or servicing the devices yourself. The prices for the service are such that, despite the very unpleasant procedure, people do it themselves. For such work you need a sewage pump. This special device, which can pump very dirty water.

Drainage and fecal - what's the difference?

There are two types of pumps for pumping out contaminated water: drainage and fecal. How are they different? Drainage systems are designed to drain contaminated water containing solid inclusions small sizes- silt, sand and other substances of approximately this size. To prevent larger particles from getting inside, nets are installed. As you understand from the description, drainage pumps are suitable for pumping clarified water from storage well located after the septic tank, for pumping water from the storage well of the drainage and storm sewer.

If you need to pump out sludge from an automatic individual cleaning installation (such as or others), or sediment from the bottom of a septic tank, the drainage system will not cope with this. The medium is too thick. For a septic tank, in principle, there is a way out: stir up the sediment, pump out the suspension, add water again, shake up again and pump out again. This can be done, but the septic tank will then take a very long time to reach operating mode, so this method can only be used in extreme cases. It is better to purchase special equipment that can handle compressed sediment.

Sewage pumps are used to clean cesspools and septic tanks. They can pump highly contaminated liquids, viscous media that may contain solid particles. The particle size depends on the model, but the maximum size is 50 mm. It is not always the case that all waste in a cesspool rots to such a state. To cope with the situation, a chopper is installed at the bottom of the pump. It is usually installed on centrifugal models - additional cutting blades are installed on the shaft. The already crushed wastewater enters the working body of the pump.

So if you plan to use a fecal pump to pump out a cesspool, it is advisable that the model include a grinder. It grinds larger particles to acceptable sizes.

Types of fecal pumps

Sewage pumps operate in an aggressive, chemically active environment. In addition to the fact that their body must be sealed, the materials from which it is made must be chemically neutral and resistant to aggressive environments. There are very few such materials:

  • stainless steel;
  • some types of plastic;
  • cast iron.

Most best material- stainless steel, but this same material is the most expensive. Most a budget option- plastic case. These models are the cheapest. In the middle price category there are fecal pumps for pumping out sewage with a cast iron body. Despite the fact that you rarely use this device, you should not choose cheap models. Perhaps for a dacha where you come only from time to time.

By type of installation, pumps for pumping out feces are:

  • Submersible. They are installed at the bottom of the tank and usually operate in automatic mode. Switching on/off occurs using a float switch. The float rises/falls along with the liquid level; when it is at the bottom, the pump is turned off.
  • Semi-submersible. These pumps are elongated, their suction part is located quite far from the motor. The motor remains on the surface, it floats on a special platform, the suction part is located in the thickness.
  • Superficial. Only the hose connected to the inlet pipe is lowered into the tank; the device itself is located next to the tank. A surface sewer pump usually has a plastic body and low capacity. This is basically a country option.

Now we need to figure out all this diversity - when and which devices are best to use.

Features of operation and installation

When choosing a fecal pump for sewage, you must first of all be based on the operating conditions of the equipment. If you are selecting equipment for a summer residence, there is no need to spend money on expensive and powerful submersible models. For these purposes, small and mobile ones will be optimal. surface installations. They are good because you can take them with you for the winter - they weigh 5-12 kg, depending on the power. If you select equipment for a private home permanent residence, it makes sense to purchase more expensive equipment that can be mounted permanently.

Submersible sewage pump

This equipment can be installed permanently or mobile. For a stationary installation, a platform is made at the bottom to which the housing is attached. Pipes (usually plastic) are connected to the outlet pipe. The option is not bad, but if there is a need for repairs or maintenance— It’s not clear how to get the installation.

How to install a submersible sewage pump yourself

The pipe coming from the pump can be led up to the surface of the earth, or it can be led into the wall and laid, say, a pipeline underground to a storage tank. This is an option for those who cannot reach their septic tank/cesspool with a regular sewage disposal truck. In this case, you need to call a special machine with a long hose. But a couple of these calls are equal to the cost of a mid-priced sump pump. Therefore, often in such cases, a storage tank is built/installed in accessible places, the residues are pumped into it using a fecal pump, and then a regular machine is called.

The second, mobile option is better in this regard. Two rods are mounted along one of the walls of the tank. The diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the holes in the body. To the top submersible pump For sewerage, a chain is attached, and a corrugated pipe is connected to the outlet pipe. Next, the body is put on the installed rods, and the device is lowered to the bottom, as if on rails. With this installation method, if necessary, the pump is pulled out by the chain. There is only one downside - the need to use corrugated pipes. Their structure leads to the fact that the pipes often become clogged; accordingly, they need to be replaced, since cleaning them is very unpleasant.

Installation options for submersible pumps for sewage (drainage and storage wells)

You can avoid using a corrugated hose in models with a lower suction pipe. In this case, a rigid (plastic) pipe is mounted, its end is brought out so that the pump descending along the guides fits onto it (pictured on the right).

And the easiest installation option: simply lower the device to the bottom on a chain. When the wastewater is pumped out to the required level, the equipment is turned off and removed from the tank, washed, dried and taken to the utility room until next use.

Despite the rather complex installation, submersible sewage pumps are the most popular. This is explained by the fact that they are usually more powerful, and they can also pump media with particles up to 50 mm in size. And it is submersible models that can be equipped with a chopper.

Advantages of submersible pumps:

  • They can lift liquid from great depths.
  • It can operate in automatic mode, using a float to control the liquid level.
  • There is no need to worry about cooling.
  • Low noise level.

It is submersible fecal pumps that can develop sufficient power to pump out contents from great depths. In the case of sewerage, this may not be so important - septic tanks are not so deep. But if necessary, you can pump wastewater to long distance on the surface. The main thing is that there are enough hoses.

Semi-submersible models of fecal pumps

This type of equipment combines the advantages of surface and submersible pumps. Since the engine is above the surface of the water, there is no need to waterproof it perfectly. There is also no need to tightly arrange all the parts in the case. All this has a positive effect on the price - it is significantly lower than submersible models.

The disadvantage of fecal semi-submersible pumps is the smaller particle size that it can absorb and the smaller depths at which it can operate. Another disadvantage is that a grinder cannot be installed on this type of pump. However, not all disadvantages are significant for household use. Too great depths are not needed for private use, and a simpler design makes repairs more accessible, so there are clearly more advantages.

One of the types of semi-submersible devices is vertical

A feature of installing semi-submersible pumps is that it must be installed so that the motor is above the water. The installation method depends on the model; it is specified in the product instructions. In general, there are several installation methods:

  • They make a platform on the wall of the tank, and attach the equipment to it. With this installation method, you must ensure that the liquid level does not rise above the platform - the upper part of the housing is not sealed. You can control the level using automation - sensors that send a signal to turn it on and off.
  • Installation on a floating pad. This installation method is used for small semi-submersible sewage or drainage pumps for domestic use.
  • Very small models, also called “barrel” models, can be hung on board.

Despite all the advantages, this model is not used so often. Basically, a sewage pump is purchased submersible or surface type.

Surface Models

The easiest installation is for surface-type sewage pumps. The device itself is placed on the ground, and only the hoses are lowered into the container.

The most serious drawback of such models is the phenomenon of cavitation, which occurs when pumping liquids from great depths. Cavitation is the saturation of the pumped medium with air bubbles. If such a mass gets into the working part of the pump, it will fail. This is why it is not recommended to use surface fecal pumps at depths greater than those for which they are intended. In the case of pumping a septic tank or storage well, the use of such models is justified. Their depth is small, and even not the most powerful motor will cope with the task. You just need to choose the right power of the unit.

Gilex Jumbo 70/50 P 3701 with ejectorself-priming1100 W50 m There is no idle protection, maximum size particles 0.8 mm115$

Please note that all surface pump models are designed to pump water. Only some of them can pump viscous liquids, and this must be indicated in the description or data sheet. The disadvantage of this equipment is that it requires a homogeneous environment - the maximum particle size that they are able to pump is 0.8 m. The price is undoubtedly attractive, but among submersible models there are very inexpensive ones - for example, Gilex and Ebara. The latter also have a body made of of stainless steel and wide the lineup with different pressure and performance.

How to calculate the required lift height

When choosing a fecal pump for sewage, you need to pay attention to two characteristics: its power (performance) and lifting height. With productivity, everything is more or less clear - it depends on the volumes that need to be pumped. The lifting height will have to be considered, because in addition to the vertical component, with which everything is clear (this is the depth of the well/septic tank from which the wastewater must be lifted), there is also a horizontal component - these wastewater must be transferred somewhere, usually into some kind of container. The distance over which the wastewater must be transferred in the horizontal plane is divided by 10. The result is added to the height of the rise from the well.

For example, the depth of a well is 4 meters, it is necessary to transfer waste water to 35 meters. Total we get: 4 m + 35 m / 10 = 7.5 m. V technical specifications The pump must have a lifting height of at least this figure, and preferably 20-25% more, so that the equipment does not work at the limit, which leads to premature wear. Now you know how to calculate a sewage pump.

Reading time: 9 minutes.

Life on summer cottage or just in own home- This is an opportunity to take a break from the bustle of the city. However, in addition to pleasant moments, problems of drainage and sewerage arise.

A septic tank is needed to drain water from the house and, of course, fecal water. After all, it is not very pleasant to catch the smell emitted by a cesspool located on the territory of your site.

To pump out fecal water, it is necessary to use an appropriate electric pump.

Types of fecal electric pumps

For the right choice fecal pump you should know that fecal pumps are:

  • submersible;
  • semi-submersible;
  • superficial.

Submersible

Submersible fecal pumps are somewhat different from conventional ones. They are capable of pumping out small debris and solid particles up to 500 mm in size along with water, depending on the model.

With their help, not only septic tanks and pits are pumped out, but also pits and basements, and water is supplied from rivers and lakes. Sufficiently high power on almost all models will ensure this process is completed in the shortest possible time. Quite often, private houses cannot be connected to a centralized sewer system, or it runs far, is completely absent, or the slope of the pipe does not allow this. A smart owner knows that water drainage through pipes from the house should take place with a slight slope. In such cases, a septic tank comes to the rescue or cesspool

in conjunction with which, to ensure your comfort, a fecal pump was created.

Considering that this type of pump will operate in an aggressive environment, the appropriate material for its production is selected: the body is made of cast iron or stainless steel. A submersible fecal pump with a grinder, installed at production facilities, has become an integral part of them.

Since the fecal submersible pump will be located below the liquid level, such specimens are equipped with special float systems that turn off the pump when the set liquid level drops. It descends into a pit or septic tank on a cable, and a hose is attached to the pump through a fitting, which is led to the required location.

Semi-submersible

A semi-submersible fecal pump is located on the surface of the liquid using a special float. The engine is above the water, and the pumping element itself is submerged in the water. The maximum diameter of solid particles passed through in such samples is not large, so a special grinder is used in conjunction with it. However for household use

without it, he can easily pump out decomposed masses in a septic tank, with debris and particles up to 15 mm.

Superficial Fecal surface pumps

have characteristics slightly worse than the previous two types. Their power is lower, as is their performance. The throughput of solid parts does not exceed 5 mm. The advantage is high mobility and ease of use, as well as their price is much lower.

The electric pump itself is installed on the surface (near a cesspool or septic tank), only a hose is lowered into the water. It is not used for constant use, as it can fail if exposed to precipitation. It is recommended to bring it indoors after pumping out the liquid.

There are cases when such an electric pump is installed under a canopy, but the moisture in it will freeze in winter and the pump will fail. It is much better if it is installed in a heated room next to a well.

Electric pump with chopper

When installing a fecal pump, it is best to think about all the points that will affect its operation. Some models pump out 1100L per hour, while others pump out 1500L per hour.

Production samples with large dimensions are capable of pumping out much more liquid in a short period of time, but their water intake depth generally does not exceed 6 m. With a power of 250 W, which is not very much, they are capable of squeezing water out to a distance of up to 50 m. The peculiarity of this type of fecal pump is that it can be used on large objects or purchased one for several houses or cottages.

When living in a private house, cottage or other residential property that is not connected to a centralized sewer system, you should understand that you cannot do without water drainage and a cesspool or septic tank. As well as without a fecal electric pump, selected in accordance with the conditions in which it will be operated. A wise choice and proper prevention will help you forget about the problem of pumping out your cesspool and septic tank for many years.

Removing waste from the cesspool of a private house is quite a complex matter, given modern realities and the possibility of various types of large debris getting into the waste, which can damage sewerage equipment. Therefore, special equipment with a shredder is used to remove waste.

The main task of this sewer equipment is to remove waste from the cesspool. The grinder, built into the mechanical part of the device, facilitates this task by cutting and crushing solid inclusions that are present in this environment.

Design and principle of operation of a household fecal pump

Mostly, a submersible fecal pump is used in everyday life. Unlike stationary surface and semi-submersible installations, this device is completely immersed in the working environment, which ensures low noise operation and fairly low energy consumption and power. But the most important characteristic of a submersible system is its compactness. It does not require a powerful motor, which is necessary for surface equipment to suck out and lift a relatively liquid medium upward, and does not need a long shaft, like a semi-submersible one. Fecal pump, submersible, with a solids grinder, the most convenient equipment for everyday use.

The body itself is installed on the floor of the cesspool and fixed there, either rigidly, using fasteners, or simply using a heavy cast base with holes for sucking in liquid waste.

The principle of operation of a fecal pump with a grinder is quite simple; a cutter knife is installed in the area of the working impeller, which during operation grinds liquid waste, simultaneously crushing solid inclusions. This principle is somewhat reminiscent of the operation of a meat grinder, but instead of an Archimedes spiral, an impeller is used. Through the inlet, it draws liquid waste into the snail, the knife grinds it, after which the waste comes out through the outlet pipe.

The design of the fecal pump itself with a grinder for the toilet, a submersible system of a conventional vertical design, with a sealed power cable input, from top to bottom, an electric motor, an oil chamber, it is simply necessary to ensure the tightness of the housing, lubricate the shaft bearings and reduce the heating of the device. Next is an impeller mounted on the shaft, installed in a casing - a volute. The chopper blade itself is installed behind the impeller, and sometimes directly on it. This could be a cutter knife, a knife with blades with sharp edges, or other types of cutting-type shredders.

Such systems are used both in toilets, a fecal pump for a toilet with a grinder is sometimes extremely necessary for a summer house or a private house, with installation in the sewer behind the toilet, and for cesspools, depending on the need for the direction of sewage.

Characteristics necessary for choosing a submersible fecal pump with a grinder

When purchasing a submersible fecal pump with a grinder, you need to pay attention to the following characteristics:

  1. Power, energy characteristics and energy consumption of pumping equipment. First of all, the supply voltage, as a rule, a household fecal pump uses a 220V electrical network for power supply, but there are also more powerful systems powered by three-phase network, engine power should be calculated based on the volume of pumped liquid waste, usually for country house 500-1000 W is enough, more powerful equipment is required for the home.
  2. Performance, a very important characteristic, shows how much liquid waste the equipment can pump over a certain period of time.
  3. The pressure created, the ability of the engine to lift up and move liquid waste along the horizontal section of the hose.

When choosing a submersible fecal pump with a grinder, you should pay attention to models with a metal body; this material is more durable than plastic and can withstand heavy loads, although modern plastics are not much worse in this regard, and are even better in terms of corrosion protection. Products made from ordinary steel quickly corrode, the waste environment is very aggressive, and the metal oxidizes very quickly. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to products made of cast iron or light metal alloys.

When purchasing a fecal pump with a grinder for a cesspool, pay attention to products from well-known manufacturers, this will save you from a number of problems with the equipment in the future, for example:

  • purchasing spare parts, parts and chopper knives from a certified device, spare parts and components are quite affordable, which cannot be said about the products of our Chinese friends;
  • compliance with equipment specifications, warranty period and high-quality performance;
  • durability and efficient operation of the equipment; Chinese fakes are usually short-lived, and also do not deliver the promised power and efficiency.

A submersible fecal pump with a grinder is not a luxury, it is a household necessity. Its presence eliminates a number of not so pleasant moments associated with sewerage.

Video review of a fecal pump with a grinder

A submersible fecal pump with a grinder can come to the rescue. You can also purchase a semi-submersible or surface model, depending on specific conditions. Despite the differences in technical characteristics and different ways installation of these products, they all have a common fundamental difference from machines for other purposes - the ability to process large, but soft, long-fiber inclusions.

It seems that the name determines for what purposes a fecal pump with a grinder is used - for septic tanks, etc. In fact, the scope of application of such units is much wider. Special devices capable of grinding not only feces, but also other organic inclusions– fallen leaves, algae, food waste, etc. This ensures the passage of contaminated wastewater through the pump, reducing the load on the motor and the likelihood of it jamming. This makes household sewage pumps with a grinder suitable for transporting stormwater, rainwater with leaves, kitchen sink waste and dishwasher.

  • Models with shredders are suitable for sewer systems where because of large quantity users cannot control the absence of foreign objects in drains - in campsites, in enterprises.
  • Their use in catering units is effective, where vegetable peelings and food residues from washing dishes end up in the drain.
  • Using units of this type, you can pump water from natural reservoirs and flooded pits for drainage, as well as supply water containing silt from a lake or pond ( organic fertilizer) for watering.
The photo shows a fecal pump and grinders

Sewage pumps are also necessary in cases where the sewer system is made of pipes with a small cross-section (up to 50 mm).

Principle of operation

Grinding of soft (in most cases organic) inclusions in units of this type can be done in various ways.

  • The impeller is of a special shape - a screw cone with blades sharpened on the outside.
  • Scissor effect created by placing blades with sharp edges close to the bottom inner surface cylinder.
  • Separately, but coaxially with the impeller, knives are installed in front of the chamber entrance.
  • The blade unit is installed separately and operates using a gear transmission.

Otherwise, the operating principle and design of fecal pumps are practically no different from similar parameters of drainage models. Pumping units with grinders also consist of a housing and an electric motor (for household models - designed for 220 volts, and for industrial ones - 380 volts).

One more distinctive feature fecal models is the use of durable and chemical-resistant materials for the manufacture of the body and main components of the units. This allows you to use a fecal pump with a cutting mechanism without any risk of getting abrasive damage when sand or other small solid impurities get into the drains, as well as when there are aggressive substances in the water (for example, cleaning agents, detergents, disinfectants).

Materials for the manufacture of the case can be:

  • stainless steel,
  • cast iron,
  • plastic (budget models not designed for very intensive use).

The shaft with knives and the impeller can be made of stainless steel or steel with a protective coating (against corrosion and the abrasive effects of impurities).

Types of models

All pumping units can be divided into three types according to location and method of installation.

  • Submersible a fecal pump with a grinder for pumping out cesspools or other reservoirs operates in the water column. Its advantage is a large lifting capability, crushing inclusions with a diameter of up to 50 mm. The disadvantage of this option is the complexity of inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment.

  • Superficial units are located on land, wastewater enters the chamber through a special pipe or hose with a large diameter.
Such surface fecal pumps are used when the size of inclusions is no more than 5 mm, since they do not have a grinder

If the sewer riser, septic tank or cesspool is located above the level of the drain point (for example, when the toilet or washing station is located in basement), a special surface unit is installed next to the drain point (toilet, kitchen sink, etc.).

  • Semi-submersible pumps are installed in most cases in receiving wells with waterproofing and do not have grinders. The particle diameter should be no more than 15 mm.

In a semi-submersible fecal pump, the suction part is immersed in liquid, and the motor is on the surface, which ensures its air cooling

You can classify technology by area of application:

  • Industrial fecal pumps with a grinder, which include units for large objects(enterprises, repair shops, office buildings and institutions), as well as models that transport liquid from the collector of a residential building to the central pipeline of the system, and are used to empty septic tanks or cesspools (although low-power units of this type can be classified as household).
  • Go to category household appliances include pumps for toilets and kitchens installed in apartments and private houses.

An important parameter for evaluating and comparing models when choosing is the ability of pumping units to withstand high temperature liquids.

  • A fecal pump with a grinder, used only in the toilet, is usually chosen to work with liquids at low temperatures.
  • Models for the kitchen or general collector, where the washing machine and dishwasher drains are discharged, can withstand temperatures up to 80-90° C.

Pump installation

The method of installing the pump depends on its type, and that, to a certain extent, on the operating mode.

For permanent work

For constant pumping of wastewater, it is advisable to choose a submersible or semi-submersible model of a fecal pump. Speaking of semi-submersible pumps, they installed permanently and dismantled only during repairs. The best place for the installation of units of this type - a specially constructed receiving well. His dimensions must be no less than 500x500x500 mm. The receiving well is a kind of storage tank into which all the pipes of the system are inserted (for example, a branch from a house, a bathhouse, an outdoor shower, etc.).

An important nuance of installing units of this type is the need to fine-tune the automation. The pump shutdown threshold should ensure that the well is constantly maintained in a nearly empty state, while preventing air entrapment.

For periodic pumping

Periodically submersible fecal pump with grinder for summer cottage used when emptying the contents of septic tanks or cesspools. In this case, it is not advisable to install a stationary semi-submersible or surface unit. When using portable submersible models, it is important to ensure smooth and accurate installation of the unit into place, for which a cable and special guides are often used. Moving along them, the pump takes correct position, and after emptying the tank it is removed in the same way.

To extend the service life of equipment, submersible fecal pumps with a grinder for giving before storage during breaks in operation, they must be cleaned and dried, after which they are sent to a dry, heated room (utility room, pantry, garage, etc.).

Submersible sewage pumps can also be installed permanently

Units for toilets in houses and apartments

Household models for toilets are designed for a wide range of consumers, so their design is as unified as possible and does not require complex work during installation, and there is no need to configure the equipment.

All structural elements are placed in one housing made of durable plastic, so the user will not need to do any assembly. On the same body there are connecting flanges with sealing tabs (it is used to directly connect the pump to the toilet). The connection in the sewer pipelines is carried out using special pipes. Their number may vary; the presence of more than one pipe makes it possible to connect to a pump additional points plum.

The pumping unit is turned on automatically - the engine turns on immediately when liquid enters the system and turns off when the container is emptied.

We talked in more detail about the toilet and its use in a separate article.

Popular sewerage units are from the Danish manufacturer of the same name. We have an overview of various models on our website.

Popular models and brands

Grundfos (SEG series)

Grundfos submersible sewage pumps with a grinder are made of durable and chemical- and temperature-resistant cast iron, and the design allows the models to be installed permanently or transported to other sites. This expands the scope of application of the machines and allows them to be used for autonomous sewer systems, storm drains, drainage of tanks, and supply of water for irrigation from natural reservoirs.

The advantages of the brand's products are:

  • increased strength of the one-piece body,
  • excellent performance characteristics,
  • two protective relays that eliminate the possibility of engine overheating.

The brand's product range includes not only submersible, but also surface fecal pumps with a grinder (Sololift series) for toilet waste.

Gilex (Fekalnik series)

Models from this manufacturer are economical, but their low cost is combined with impressive technical capabilities, which makes Gilex pumps popular among household models. Head – from 6 to 11 m, maximum size individual elements impurities – 35 mm, productivity – 150-220 l/min.

Important: Gilex fecal pumps do not have a grinder, take this into account when choosing.

Sprut (model V1300D)

A model of this brand is suitable for those who are looking for a household fecal pump with a grinder, the price of which will be justified by its high performance characteristics. The unit pumps wastewater with temperatures up to +40° C with mechanical impurities up to 5 kg/m3, the maximum size of inclusions is no more than 35 mm.

Herz (WRS series)

Herz fecal pumps compare favorably with their analogues by the presence of protection against possible negative factors(liquid getting into the motor, mechanical damage, overheating, etc.). At the same time, the cost of models when compared with domestic analogues with similar characteristics – only slightly higher.

Fecal pump Herz submersible type

What to look for when purchasing
